Try QuietMatch 20 for 30 days. If you're not happy, we'll refund your $27 in full.
What Is Covered
Our refund policy covers all products purchased from Seven Socialskills:
- QuietMatch 20 core program – $27
- Text Rescue Week add-on – $9
- Profile Done For You service – $97
- Bio Pack – $47
Any add-ons purchased on the same checkout are eligible for refund within the 30-day window.
How to Request a Refund
Simple 3-Step Process:
- Send an email to support@seven-socialskills.com
- Use "Refund Request" as your subject line
- Send from the same email address you used at checkout (include your order ID if you have it)
We'll process your refund quickly, no hassle, no forms to fill out.
How Refunds Are Paid
Payment Method: Refunds are issued back to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
Processing Time: Once we process the refund, your bank or payment provider typically takes 3 to 10 business days to show the credit in your account.
If you don't see your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@seven-socialskills.com.
Access After Refund
When a refund is issued, we turn off course access to maintain fairness for paying customers.
If you've downloaded any files or templates, please delete them from your devices. We trust you to do the right thing.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first. We can solve your issue faster than a bank dispute.
Chargebacks cost us fees and administrative time. If you have a problem, email support@seven-socialskills.com and we'll make it right—usually within 24-48 hours.
If a chargeback is filed, we may need to suspend access and share transaction records with the payment processor.
EU and UK Buyers
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you typically have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products. However, by purchasing and accessing QuietMatch 20, you agree that digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase.
Our 30-day refund policy still applies—we give you more time than legally required because we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
